True, but absent of any other corroboration, it is weighted as "hearsay".
Corroboration would include other witness attendance, sworn testimony, written instructions, or even video surveillance.

My question is : was the Democratic representative present during the counting, or tabulation to make such a vehement statement ?
If so, I believe that it would have been a violation of State law.
If the Democratic representative was not present, the witness could sue in civil court for damage to reputation.
This is one of the disadvantages of being in a litigious society

Do a search on “rusty” and see when the last time was that “rusty” tore himself away from his “staff” long enough to participate in any discussion on one of this threads.
