Not good news. If they had the votes they pick the electors. If they don’t have the votes they can ask for help from Congress.

A big waste of time. I don’t believe Congress has any authority in this case. It is up to the GOP legislature and it appears they have punted.

Congress has total authority under the Twelfth Amendment (one state, one vote).

Read up on the election of 1876—that is where this was tested in the real world.

The PA folks did what they could with the cards they were dealt.
