We have to be realistic.

SCOTUS could still give us a miracle. But 3 USC § 5 is a harsh mistress. It seems to imply that any votes certified by the governor on Dec 6 are locked in (so-called 'Safe Harbor' date). Again, IANAL, so I'd love to have some help here. I need a FReeper lawyer to say, "No, we're good because such and such case in stare decisis." I'd love to hear it.
