There is no such thing as a “ballot signature” anywhere. That’s what a secret ballot is. The signature is separated from the ballot when its removed from the envelope.
Rush talked about it today stating the signature audit is useless. He is correct, but then contradicted himself when he said they need to check signatures on the ballot. There is no signature on the ballot cause if there was, it would not be secret.
They need to discredit mail ballots by, if true, proving they were photocopied / mass produced / etc.
Dominion machines are a mute point, if they had false ballots run through them. The manual recount would have flushed out ballots ran through the machines multiple times. They did not. The fraud is simply false ballots introduced into the count process without oversight.
Only if the number of mail ballots run through the machines were tabulated separately, then you can compare the number of mail ballots received records to the number of counted mail ballots. This would flush out the number of fraudulent ballots introduced into the count that were not really sent by a valid voter. If the received mail in ballots are not recorded or if the mail in ballots are not separated in the count from in person ballots, there is no specific facts to prove fraud.
Then the case has to be, voting law and procedures were not followed and enforced and the vote needs to be invalidated. The court needs to invalidate the vote count in certain counties or call for a entire revote.
If the signatures are on the envelopes, the envelopes were supposed to be kept to maintain an audit trail.
Those envelopes could be verified for signature.
My understanding is that many of these envelopes had no signatures at all and/or were thrown away removing the audit trail.

Lot of good a signature audit will do. Maybe if there is enough fraud they would toss entire precincts or it would make them run a new election.
One of Giulani’s witnesses says they can optically scan the ballots to deter name if a human hand filled them out. That should be done immediately.
