Nah, the demoncraps knew they were going to run these through twice or even more times. They purposefully ramshodded the ballots through to be put out in the mail so that if someone were to say “Hey wait, each ballot needs a unique identifier” they could say the ballots were already in the mail and it was too late. This was done by design to instill chaos into the election process. Think about it, why did the battleground states within 90 days of the election all of sudden go for the mail in ballot idea? (rhetorical question) And why did they mail out ballots en masse? (rhetorical question) When you know the answers to those two items you will know this was planned long before Sleepy Creepy Joe even put his hat into the ring. Think about why did all of the demoncrap primary contenders drop out all of a sudden? (rhetorical question) They needed time to create the fake ballots over in China then have them shipped here under the guise of something else. They needed logistical time in order to prepare for this and they got it. Why do you think Sleepy Creepy Joe didn’t campaign. The fix was on its way. I have a notion that this was tried with Hitlary but it was either done a little too late or not enough was on board and that the 2016 was proof that it could work and then tried in the 2018 election in California. Again more proof that it could be done and got away with. And that is what is going to happen. This election will be stolen and ne’er more quoth the Raven. Trump never lost. It was a coup d’etat that was successful without a shot being fired (thus far).
Years ago I worked for a document imaging company dealing with legal documents.
Scanned document images can be run through an algorithm to produce a unique number—a hash code. If there is even only one pixel difference between two documents, they will produce different hash codes.
The documents don’t need a unique pre-printed number. Their uniqueness can be measured by creating hash codes of the scans.
BTW, this could still be done to determine how many duplicate votes were scanned—as long as you have a paper ballot to scan.
