Looks like something someone puts on the screen during some hacker movie to look ‘hi-tech’, none of those images mean *anything* at all, and prove absolutely nothing.
Look up Cyber Threat Hunting - Maltego - Wireshark - Shodan - watch those videos — this is what cyber sec people do - they trace connections back from infiltrated and exploited servers and machines to see who and what is being exfil’d...
That graph shows the connection — I do these all the time fro briefings...

Someone would need to sit down physically with you and explain it.
The graphics are pretty much standard in my field and mean a lot when look at by a network person or programmer. The graphics use like that has been around way before 2009.
