Anyone with 1/10 of a brain knows exactly what is going on here: they are trying to win in a court of public opinion but they most certainly won’t put those facts under oath. That’s why they never have. They are trying to get the states (just a few states) to switch their electors.
And anyone with any little brain at all knows Trump did not win California. Yet that hasn’t stopped this team from tweeting it out. Well-seems 5 million switched votes in one state would be very easy to prove and the best place to start. It’s 55 EVs. That’s the election.

we've read enough about ballots being sent across state lines, about poll watchers being shut out, about Trump ballots being tossed, about ballots with out address or signature being accepted, and we've heard and read outrageous impossible statistics of how Biden won exponentially more votes then Trump....
we've seen on LIVE tv votes being taken from Trump and placed in Biden's column...
there has been plenty of evidence....plenty of witnesses...plenty of analytics supporting the case for fraud....

Because the vote switching probably involved the Deep State..... So do you expect Trump to run out and say the CIA and the FBI did this and they have to be disbanded immediately?
It makes much more sense to present all the affidavits of people who were witnesses to voter fraud, in order to sway public opinion, and get judges and legislatures to think twice, before giving their stamp of approval on a stolen election, while working behind the scenes to verify all the evidence about what the Deep State did, and reveal it at the appropriate time for maximum impact.
We are getting close to that point, but still not quite there yet.
