The idea is to strictly control the basic means of voting, the ballot.
These several simple steps/rules could possibly cut 99% of all voter fraud so the dimocrats would never go for it. It could be implemented by EO for Federal Elections. And there is enough leeway to allow states to conduct their elections according to the constitution.
1. Ballots for Presidential elections are printed at the mint with each ballot being numbered, printed on the same paper used for our currency, having anti-counterfeit measures printed in. Each ballot is a controlled item.
2. Blank ballots are shipped to each state. The state will print their candidates on the blank ballots. Number batches and where they are sent to, are recorded.
3. The total ballots sent to each state is no more than 70% of registered voters.
4. No ballots will be destroyed. Mismarked, damaged, spoiled ballots and all unused ballots will be returned to the fed.
5. Only official ballots are allowed to be used in Presidential elections.
6. All ballots are maintained for 20 years just like the Gun background check form.
The plan is very feasible. Possible is another reality. I think we can't afford to do something like this. This is about the only thing that would restore my trust in elections after this blatant debacle.

True, but I’ve often wondered why we didn’t do something like this before. It seems to me to be a very common sense procedure.
Add mandatory 10 years in jail for any attempt at fraud.

It’s highly unusual for any precinct to have a 90% participation rate, but in that case, extra ballots can be requested.
Secondly, the states print according to their needs on blank ballots allowing for each precinct to be unique.
Those convicted hanged within twenty four hours.
Those caught in the act summarily executed on the spot.
Aiders, abettors and after the fact accomplices to serve not less than 10 years hard labor, and have all rights stripped, then exiled to other countries, preferably ones with dictators and totalitarians.
The ten years can be modified for help in convicting others.
Another proposal I liked was the standardized, national mandated voter ID card. Using your social security number. Easier to detect and prosecute voter fraud when the same SS number shows up voting in FL, GA, SC, and 42 times in San Diego.
Should also start prosecuting poll workers and other election officials for violating State or Federal election laws while carrying out their duties.
I know it has legal issues with State Rights in determining the "time and methods" of voting. But, it's time to resolve this in not already too late.
Only paper ballots, same day voting, count until finished, with voter ID required.

Encrypted markings means that the ballots be identified to a specific voter only under a court order.
Also, a way to make the manufacture of mail-in ballots less convenient, by perhaps requiring that the voter must move a security sticker from the outer envelope and stick it to the ballot, much like a Publisher's Clearinghouse Sweepstakes entry.
Having to peel and stick a sticker would slow down the fake ballot generators, and no sticker means no vote.
I doubt that the Secret Service, who investigates counterfeit currency, would allow ' on the same paper used for our currency',
since one of the controls and safe-guards against counterfeit money is it's unique characteristics and embedded red thread.
Since even the mint paper can be bleached, it would open a flood gate of counterfeit currency.
What if turnout is over 70% and you run out of ballots?
There are no Presidential elections in the Constitution, and, tha appointment of Electors by State Legislatures is not a Federal election.
Who cares about yet even more rules when the original rules are not being followed??
This election fraud is about CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, CRIMES, CRIMINALS, not rules that honest people couldn’t follow.
Distributed Ledger Technology (basis for blockchain) can and in my opinion, should be applied to three areas.
1) The voter rolls
2) Ballot and mailer envelop
3) The vote counting process
Production of ballots without state authorization should be covered by the same laws a forgery of currency.
And we need better checks on multi-state registration.
It is a lot simpler than that.
First, purge all voter rolls.
All voters must re-register.
Registration must be to standards of Real ID.
Anyone found to be registering fraudulent voters should be severely punished (as in ‘ruin your life and your family’s lives’ severe).
For elections, no mail-in-ballots.
All absentee ballots should strictly controlled.
Voters must show up at their appointed polling place and present a Real ID compliant ID before they can vote.
Easy. Purge the rolls, and all voters must present a difficult-to-forge ID in order to register, and to vote.
The real problem, though, is that the Federal Government has become so powerful that it is a life-and-death issue as to who controls it. My starry-eyed dream is a Federal Government that is weak enough and distant enough that no one cares...
Democrats have fought voter ID, the simplest of fraud prevention methods, there is no way they would agree to your proposal.
Besides, it’s too late now, they have perfected the art of the steal.
Who selects the 70% of registered voters that get a ballot?
