When your home is invaded, you, in a matter of seconds, must determine what might happen. If I knew a person invading my home wouldn’t hurt anyone then I wouldn’t kill them but I can’t imagine knowing that.
No worries. It won’t get out of committee, assuming it ever gets heard in the first place.
But what if they’re stealing your kid? (ugh)

Well, actually there are laws about not defending the constitution and a few of them allow for elected officials to be tried and shot.

You know I have neighbors who moved from Illinois and Colorado (via San Bernadino), and these folks are very conservative, granted it is only a small sampling, but not all of the folks coming here are straight up morons.
Now the folks that I have met from New York, New Jersey, so far ship ALL of them back, no value in them at all.

Many times, the perpetrators have no qualms in shooting and killing the homeowner, family members, and any witnesses to their act of "mere stealing".
When I was a police dispatcher in my 20’s, the chief told me if someone ever attacks you to fight like your life depends on it. 90% of those who choose to commit a crime against another person decided PRIOR to the act if they are going to (or willing to) kill you. I took that as darn, good advice.

Home invasion isn’t theft, it’s robbery if someone happens to be there. And robbery always creates an immediate threat of death or serious bodily injury to the victim.
They lie about who they are during the election.
This one ran for the state legislature in 2018 and won. This was the year that several Democrats ran on a message of reaching across the aisle, only to support the Democrat agenda 100% once they got into office.

IN UK TONY MARTIN was put in prison for shooting burglars...One guy was 16 and killed,one was shot in legs and got a few months for home invasion..Tony got 18 months in prison for protecting himself
