There’s been lots of analysis of the Edison JSON live data feeds on election night showing vote decreases and switches.
A Gateway Pundit reporter, who works in media, found several examples of switched votes that were broadcast live on TV.
The videos are clipped and explained in these links for findings in 4 states, so far.
GP must have run out of superlatives and exclamation points. That headline is positively serene.

The percentages the Edison data had for each candidate were not precise enough to be able to determine individual votes and ended up looking like they were being switched.
There's lots of fraud, but the vote switching seen on TV doesn't seem to be part of it.

Bull$hit! The number of votes for each candidate drive the percentages, not the other way around. Dumbest thing I have heard.
Yeah, that's true, but the percentages were not precise enough and this caused inaccuracies in the reported vote tallies. I'll try to find the video.
At some point we will start asking why. What would drive this many operatives to simultaneously commit a crime. A huge gamble, that could blow up in their face. Then there’s the people at the top that authorized the fraud.
