I think they did not expect President Trump to get so many votes...they were taken by surprise and they were unprepared.
That’s the way Dims usually work...no foresight, no contingency plan and will always lose in the long haul.
To go along with that, Trump wasn’t supposed to win in 2016,l and no way was the establishment going to allow a repeat of that.
They were ready with whatever it takes. This plan was set in motion a year ago.
