Two massive Twitter threads contend that serious computer fraud two years ago in Texas that turned strong red districts blue, was essentially a trial run for 2020.
<><> Dallas' electronic voting software came from Electronic Software & Systems, Inc. (ES&S), the largest manufacturer of voting machines in the U.S. (4,500 localities in 42 states and two territories). ES&S maintains all its data as unsecured files on the clarityelections.com domain, which is processed through Scytl servers in Barcelona.
<><> General election voting records are automatically forwarded to DNS addresses that include ES&S, Scytl in Barcelona, Smartmatic12 in London, and a Russian server at South Ural State University in Chelyabinsk.

In deep red Dallas County, Texas, there was a sudden, unexpected blue wave in 2018.
Computer logs revealed ES&S technicians repeatedly overrode thousands of error codes
for "time stamp mismatch" and "votes exceed ballots.

Did anybody check the Chinese Consulate in Houston?

The people's Republic of China currently maintains an Embassy in Washington D.C.
It also maintains 5 consulates-general in these US cities:
NY City; Chicago, IL; San Francisco, CA; LA, CA; Houston, TX.

========================================

NOTE It was once deep red, but in 2018 VA turned blue----attributed to a surge in Chinese voting activity.

LOL. Dallas hasn't been deep red for decades. They've voted Dem in every presidential election since 2008.
