A while back, I read a statistic credited to the CDC that said ~6% of rona deaths were _by_ the rona and not just _with_ the rona.
Also, at the beginning anyway, rona deaths were more equal than others because (months ago) a hospital could be awarded $5K for a certified rona patient and $20K for a certified (with) rona death.

The comparable flu stat: 3.75% of flu deaths are _by_ flu rather than _with_ flu. Like most diseases, CCP-19 weakens you and permits opportunistic infections and existing co-morbidities to do the heavy lifting.
Wonder what the corona ‘death toll’ would be without the financial incentives???
