You claimed the author misunderstood the judge who said it looked like the Trump campaign had a winning argument - was likely to succeed.
You also said the judge couldn’t give the legislature power it already didn’t have, but the judge didn’t try to do that.
You just gave an interpretation of what I said. I’m still not sure what part you are really objecting to. Part of your interpretation is correct, part is not.
