That is because the current session of the legislature ends. The next session needs to carry this forward. The resolution needs to be passed now, or refiled and passed in the next session.

It would be better to have this finished before 12/1. Mastriano has a plan for 12/1 forward, using the State of Emergency Declaration to have the new reps/senators seated without a 30-day delay.

NO he said he had to file the resolution befor Monday OR they would have to seat the new members, it looks as though he had the votes to file BEFORE Monday!! GOD BLESS these courageous legislators!!
