Sidney Powell has released what she called ‘the Kraken’ – two lawsuits alleging ‘massive voter fraud’ in the presidential election.
She published a 104-page document detailing allegations about Georgia and a 75-page document looking at Michigan on Wednesday night, calling for the election results to be decertified, Trump to be declared the winner and voting machines to be impounded.
In the documents – released online at midnight on the eve of Thanksgiving – she alleged the election had been ‘rigged’ to favor Joe Biden, and that foreign powers were involved.
Powell tweeted: ‘The #Kraken was just released on #Georgia’, along with a link to her website. She added: ‘Exhibits to follow. Also #ReleaseTheKraken in #Michigan’.
Today during a telephone interview she made another huge claim that her team got pictures of the check stubs paid to people to ballot harvest.”

In her bombshell statements on Thanksgiving Powell claimed that China and Iran used these voting systems to influence the US election and that 96,000 votes cast for Biden in Georgia were illegally counted.( page 10
Additionally, incontrovertible evidence Board of Elections records demonstrates that at least 96,600 absentee ballots were requested and counted but were never recorded as being returned to county election boards by the voter. Thus, at a minimum, 96,600 votes must be disregarded. (See Attached hereto, Exh. 9, R. Ramsland Aff.)

In her bombshell claims, she also noted that officials in one Georgia county forced everyone to evacuate because of a water leak, only for counters to stay unsupervised to tamper with the votes.
Powell also claimed that 20,311 absentee or early voters in Georgia that voted while registered have actually moved out of state and may have voted twice.

For perspective, understand that Biden’s Texas lieutenant was “fired” by the Biden campaign, after an investigation funded by several conservative leaders here revealed that Biden had intended to illegally harvest up to 700,000 votes in Texas. The plan did not come to fruition BUT it is likely that some ballots were harvested before they were caught.
I think Biden was being completely honest when he stated that he had conceived the most extensive election fraud operation in history. Ballot harvesting was just one component.
The “check stubs” may be electronic transfer records.
Not illegal only if you are a relative (they have a list of which ones) to the person. Of course, if you are lying, now you have a problem for ballot.

Schiff, Pelosi etc are compromised veteran crooks. Believe it or not, but I think it’s Kamala Harris. She’s an opportunist, extremely ruthless and cynical, disloyal, happy to switch positions and allies at a moment’s notice.

If the campaign paid them the money would have to be accounted for it will be interesting to SEE what they attributed these checks to!! I am sure the witnesses will contradict what ever the campaign attributed the money for!!!
Ballot harvesting in CA. 2018 turned over EVERY damn seat in the house to Dem, this year we did our own harvesting AND won them all back!! Harvesting is legal in CA. under ONE party rule!! Pelosi was doing EVERY damn thing possible to get harvesting legal NATIONALLY using CV19 stimulus but she failed!! This harvesting BS should be illegal 3rd parties turning in ballots is ridiculous!!!
I have believed from DAY ONE Trump has the evidence in real time through military intel I am not sure why he is waiting to release it!! I think it is because he is trying to trace the perpetrators for indictments, also tracing the money involved we will see!!!

Democrats likely paid the recruiters with checks, and then maybe the guys who recruited the actual people who harvested the votes got paid by checks.
