Furthmore, any GOP legislator who doesn't vote for this will be suspected of taking a payoff like certain Republicans in AZ and GA. They have large enough margins in PA that they could lose a few votes, and this will still pass. The courts have said ordinary voters lack standing to challenge the election, so now the legislature can do it.
