Aint going to happen. This is all bluster. This legislature has had plenty of time to take decisive action and they did not. Now we are supposed to believe they will seat the electors?

You don't know that.

The legislature just heard from the Trump team on Wednesday. And they will probably wait for the SC. Then hopefully they will react in an appropriate manner.

I do know that they have over a year to take action and they did not. Now am I supposed to believe that they will take action? Nope. Aint going to happen it’s just sound and fury, signifying nothing.

This after the fact posturing for the Trump supporters outside the GOP. The PA GOP is not going to rescue the Trump campaign. Like I said they had that chance.

It does provide a way for both a cowardly court and legislature to act: the court rules the election was moot because of procedural irregularities and says its up to the legislature. The legislature then acts at the court's direction.

Nicely packaged that way. And if one of these states rolls over, it sets a precedent for the others.

The Art. ii issue is revealing which Freepers hate the Constitution. It is pulling the state-ist thugs out of the wood work.
