I’m trying to stay grounded but this is looking pretty good. And having these hearings is going to give doubters pause. We KNOW it was stolen.

Exactly why is that "big news"?

In the last 10 days I drove the entire width of Pennsylvania from New York State to Maryland along routes 15 and I-81 twice. The incredible displays of Trump support along the roadside was amazing. There were not only the typical private property lawn signs for Trump/Pence but flags, billboards and huge painted signs on the sides of barns, businesses and homes emphasizing the support for our President. Biden/Harris support was sparse at best and nonexistent more typically. That a 700,000 vote lead evaporated in the space of several hours when the vote counting was “suspended” boggles the mind. Fraud ran rampant in the state during the early hours of the morning following Election Day.

...What exactly makes it huge legally, and not just 'oh that is terrible, that bad Wolf guy, what a jerk?'...

I am not a lawyer, but a first pass guess would be that the Constitution specifically delegates the right to determine how voting is done to the legislatures of the various states.

If the governor of a state usurps the power to decide, this it is an unconstitutional act. The remedy is an open question, but the constitution does allow for the state legislature to impanel a slate of electors if necessary.

PA legislature is R. Gov is D.

While investigating Wolfe, look at his lucrative contract between the Pa Department of Revenue and a firm to generate fraudulent tax collection notices for Pennsylvania residents.

What does Pennsylvania’s law say about competitive procurement? Every county, state, that I know of, including the federal government require competitive bids abouve a certain dollar threshold. Sole sourcing is usually forbidden.

Further down in the article:

- - -

Counties could choose to buy voting machines from one of five vendors certified by the Department of State.

Election watchdogs challenged the certification of one machine – the ExpressVote XL from Election Systems & Software – last summer.

DoS upheld its approval (with conditions) after re-examining the machine – but critics say that process was far less transparent than usual.

Stein’s lawyers cited the “secrecy” of the re-examination and similar concerns about the XL two weeks ago when they moved to reopen the case.

Counties have picked ES&S [Election Systems & Software] more than any other vendor. While only three chose the company’s XL model, those counties — Philadelphia, Northampton and Cumberland – represent nearly 20 percent of registered voters in the state.

The article is confusing, because it says:

“Counties have picked ES&S [Election Systems & Software] more than any other vendor. While only three chose the company’s XL model”

-

But, the state only certified the XL models, so the counties that picked ES&S more than any other vendor, were authorized to use one of the following two ES&S versions, and BOTH are XL models:

- - -

6.0.2.1 Voting System

EVS 6021 with DS200 Precinct Scanner, DS450 and DS850 Central Scanners, ExpressVote HW 2.1 Marker and Tabulator, ExpressVote XL Tabulator and ElectionWare EMS

- - -

6.0.3.0

Election Systems and Software EVS 6030 with DS200 Precinct Scanner, DS450 and DS850 Central Scanners, ExpressVote HW 2.1 Marker and Tabulator, ExpressVote XL Tabulator and ElectionWare EMS

“...Time to cage this wolf up for about 30 years....”

30 years is waaaayyyyy too kind.
He should be facing the death penalty for this.
It’s that serious!! The whole nation is at stake.

***************************
Exactly. He is a danger, literally to all who live here and who he might influence. Wolf is acting as if he had NO SCIENCE knowledge and didn’t know how to interpret science.

Did he actually go to college? If he did, it is hard to believe. He must have charisma covered in thoughtlessness. coming out his a...s.

The entire hearing, beginning to end, was fascinating and infuriating. A talking head last night said this is going to happen in a few states ‘cause Rudy’s taking his show on the road.

And to think that the 10-12 testifiers yesterday were just a small percentage of the affidavits of the total number of people ... incredible.

I loved it when the legislator asked Rudy if he had any witnesses who were “on the inside” of the cheating, almost expecting him to say, “No.” Rudy said, “YES”, and the crowd clapped.

Apparently, pics and videos aren’t permitted inside these venues. That MUST change. I know they say it’s to protect the privacy of voters and their ballots, but nobody can see the frickin’ ballots, anyhow, so that’s a moot point. The witnesses yesterday said there were “eye in the sky” cameras being shown on CCTV, anyhow, so privacy obviously ISN’T an issue. Audio and video should be required. Anyone who objects has something to hide.

“it is also against PA law for Wolf to have mandated it”

I worked in government for many years (I’m sorry!). It was the law that anything like this had to go out for bid. To select a vendor sole source was huge — almost never done. And it NEVER was done based on an administrator mandating it. The only reason for sole source was that no other provider had the ability or capacity to do the job.

Corrupt!!!
