A Pennsylvania lawmaker today testified that the legislature DID NOT vote for Dominion voting systems. Governor Tom Wolf MANDATED the controversial voting systems.

The Constitution orders that each state shall have “a republican form of government.” That means, among other things, that the Legislature makes law, not the governor.
The Legislature should reassert its prerogatives and name its own slate of electors. Send both to Congress, if necessary, and see what Congress does.
