I thought she told Lou Dobbs last night the Georgia lawsuit would be filed no later than today.

He obviously was shocked when she only talked about Georgia and he asked about all the other states in play.

She says they “got caught” so I’m waiting for her lawsuit and the exact “got caught” part.

I think the suit not yet being filed would be more worrisome if it was to be filed in State Court. But if a suit is e-filed in one of the Federal Courts in GA they have three), that can be done up until midnight.

Each Exhibit has to be scanned in separately, then attached to the main brief, before the whole shebang is e-filed. If there are hundreds of Exhibits, it takes a huge amount of time for the entire massive document to upload & show up online. But as long as e-filing is begun before midnight, it still shows up as being filed today, even if it takes hours for all the Exhibits to upload.
