Why? Because Joe Biden’s DOJ will re-instate the case against Flynn and argue that his confession be upheld. The odds are that the Dishonorable Emmet Sullivan will simply deny all the motions and sentence Flynn.
I cannot express the amount of disgust I have toward the FBI and DOJ people involved in this farce.

We must remember, Sullivan is playing the stall game not because Flynn is guilty, he obviously was set up, but because Sullivan has in place a GAG ORDER on Flynn until the case is resolved.
It has Ever and only been about KEEPING FLYNN SILENCED! Since Sullivan is tots DS then a Presidential Pardon may be the only way to kill the Gag Order.
