Oh wait....I think there are restrictions, in NM, that say you must quarantine, for what....14 days?....if you leave/return the state. Who in heck's gonna comply with that if they have a bad hip and can't stand in line in NM??? They can also just leave their cellphones at home so Michelle Karen Grisham's troops cannot determine that they went out of state.

Screw this, I live 45 minutes from a Colorado walmart and 20 minutes from a NM walmart. Guess which one i'm going to so to not stand in line? I quarantine about 15 minutes when I get home putting away the groceries. Colorado needs sales tax bucks too.
