Same here. This will be won in the court of law. It needs to be fought in the court of public opinion as well because, though it won’t stop our cities from burning when Trump wins, it will dishearten those that “might” be motivated to burn cities. It will also motivate Trump voters. Imagine the left going bonkers and there were no trump rallies going on. The SCOTUS could take the “too big to fail” perspective and give this to Biden just to avoid rocking the boat.

They need to know that if they give this to Biden, that will not end it and just may make it worse - all fought in the courtroom of public opinion.

You could say that this sort of thing frees the SCOTUS to do the right thing rather than sweep it under the rug.
