The question is — IF THEY ( ACLJ or Powell) DON’T REPRESENT TRUMP, Can’t they be dismissed by the courts as being individuals WITHOUT STANDING?
Yes, they could, depending in the claim, and evidence provided, but we don’t know who all is involved.
Basically anyone can file an Amicus (friend of the court) brief to bolster existing court requests as well.
This is my question also. Can some lawyers here weigh in on this?
That was the ruling of a (Trump-appointed) federal judge in L. Lin Wood's case in Georgia. But other states may allow election challenges to be filed in state court by any voter. (That's "may" --I don't know. I am a [retired] lawyer, but I've never been an election lawyer, and election law is a specialized field.)
