It's a fact that there are secret societies, and groups of elite, that reenact old pagan rituals for whatever reason. They may not actually believe in the entities the ritual represent, but they still do it for whatever reason. They have mock sacrifices at the Bohemian Grove. That's weird enough, and it shows the interest some of the of the most powerful people in the world have with ancient pagan rituals. I do think it does go a lot further than that though; although I don't think they really believe it like ancient pagans did.

He’s not saying it in court as part of a case. I think he’s doing it to scare the living crap out of these people. When criminals get scared, they do stupid and careless things — make mistakes.

Like when Trump was moving in on 400 EVs on election night, they got scared and flooded the precincts with so many votes everything lit up like a Christmas tree. A child would have recognized that something was wrong.
