This is what I have thought was going on when the democrats demanded an investigation of Trump’s use of the Eisenhower exec office building as a campaign war room.
If this is true, it will be impossible to find neutral venue for trials. You will never prove the jury and judges were impartial. Where can this be tried where the outcome/ruling wouldn’t be as suspect as the 2020 election itself.
These people are going to be offered plea agreements in exchange for charges being suspended but not dismissed. Effectively a legal form of blackmail. They should be barred from any and all political consulting, campaign, elections, appointments or even voting. If they sought to deny voters their constitutional right to vote, they don’t deserve the their’s.
They would be tried in the military courts for treason or sedition.
