My guess at an average nationwide would be more like 13%. But in any case if your local hospital is full to capacity and you need a bed for a stroke or heart attack then that is a problem.

9 percent in South Dakota.. Not 23 percent.. National average ~ 6 percent... Not overwhelmed.. lots of bed space for strokes, heart attacks...

Bloomberg is very political ..
