I've heard, but has not been unconfirmed by me, that in order to be eligible to vote in the run-off, you have to have been eligible to vote in the general election.
But even if true, will Georgia enforce its election laws??
Entered while I was typing this post. Seems if the Georgia law is enforced, they are wasting their time and may be setting themselves up for prosecution.

The Dems don’t have to physically move to Georgia they merely need to say that they live at such and such an address and have Democrat operatives handle the ballot.

The state voting law is that only voters who voted in the previous primary can vote in the runoff. That should create massive vote fraud if newly-registered voters are allowed to vote.
