WI constitution/law needs to personally apply for absentee ballot.
60k ballots in Milwaukee, 40k ballots in Madison, that do not have applications. if no applications, ballot is thrown away. two counties, because they have inside information (!!!). biden- currently 20k lead. take away fraudulent votes, trump wins. many backdated votes, many overvotes. overvote means someone voted twice, someone voted from another state, someone illegitimate. 200% turnout in some areas. MI, WI have 100%, 200%, 300% overvotes. one of reasons wayne county did not certify.
georgia. same as WI, MI. republicans not allowed to watch absentee mail in ballots, numerous double voters, numerous out of state voters.

NV— double number of votes needed to overturn election.
