You obviously have little actual knowledge of US Army operations overseas. Raids happen frequently with German permission or not. There’s not a single thing the Germans can do to stop the raids - they have no military and to speak up would cost them more than they can afford.
I would say it’s because the servers were on “American” controlled soil. ie embassy, military base, CIA compound, etc

This could be the reason the President and Barr are keeping a low profile. Their very lives could be in danger if they are truly unmasking and preparing to completely expose the Deep State and their leadership. Trump has been stating for months that the Socialist will not bring down this country. Perhaps this has been in the workings via an investigation for quite some time — and the shoe is about to drop?
Or is Barr keeping a low profile to run out the clock? IDK. Barr has never been Trump’s wingman.

What makes you think this? Do you have any clear evidence this is the case or are you assuming?

PEOPLE committed this crime, and if Trump's win is going to succeed with SCOTUS, the PEOPLE responsible will have to be named and charged.
You won't get SCOTUS to side with Trump with statistics about the machine algorithms and a couple of Venezuelan witnesses.
This was a wide-range conspiracy. There were people who programmed the algorithms in order to switch votes from Trump to Biden. Those programmers then had to let their comrades on the ground know how many fake ballots need to be manufactured. Once the fake ballots were produced, people had to truck them into the back of the polling station while the republicans were locked out.
Multiple states stopped counting ballots all at the same time. That was not a coincidence. People organized the stoppage.
If Barr has authorized a GENUINE investigation, then the communications between these people (texts/emails/phone calls) will be the key to establishing a timeline with votes appearing/disappearing on the screen, truck loads of ballots being dumped, and the coordination of the counting being stopped so the machines could be recalibrated to handle Trump's enormous lead that they didn't count on.
Sidney Powell is not about to let the Dems know if their operatives are fixing to be arrested. She might only be talking about the algorithm statistics and the Venezuelan witness in order to make the Dems think that's all she has. She is very smart and was a federal prosecutor for 10 years. She is putting her reputation on the line when she says with absolute surety that she is going to reverse the results in multiple states.
I pray that these self-righteous cheats were so arrogant that they communicated without any security precautions.
If they have the servers, then they should arrest the people involved. Perhaps they are waiting for just the right time, after they have committed further conspiracy after the fact further proving their guilt. The MSM was in on the plan with FOX News calling Arizona just as the polls closed there, yet they are still counting votes. Funny, they can’t call all of the House elections either. Maybe the Dems lost control of that too? When they slow down the vote count, that’s when they try to steal elections.
