Criminal prosecutions often rely largely or even entirely on circumstantial evidence.
If Donald Trump won any batch of “found” ballots during an audit two weeks after the election by a 96% margin the media would immediately question the integrity of the whole election.
So why do they ignore it when it happens for Joe Biden?
What must be done ends up being the question.
People have gone to jail for murder based solely on circumstantial evidence.

I think that’s the rule they changed that was illegal. The people that changed it didn’t have the power to. But they do what they want anyways. Got a ruling that they have to let the observers watch and they didn’t let them in or let them watch anyways. Totally not listening to the law because they would be caught red handed switching and cheating. States putting up card board over the windows to not be watched while they brought illegal ballots in from the back door and counted them. So many people need to go to jail over this. These counters need to come forward and confess. If I was Trump I would offer amnesty if they cooperate.

As happened last night in Michigan. For months I posted on FR that it was critical for Trump and the Federal government to immediately stop the BLM/Antifa violence in Democrat controlled cities, even if that entailed arresting Democrat mayors and governors and having Trump be called a dictator. It was clear to me that the Democrats were deliberately training and empowering enforcers for post-election chaos.
Over and over again I received replies here that Trump should wait until after the election to take care of this. How’s that working out?

1) To have any bearing on the election we must assume that these files mirror the tabulation coming from the Dominion system, and that the files have not been tampered with.
2) Given that (1) is correct, the number of batches with very similar proportions (3d decimal the same) is extremely unlikely - as in impossible!
3) However, the ratios for the consecutive inputs - despite what it says - in the columns "incremental vote percentage democrats" and "incremental vote percentage republicans" are not EXACTLY the same. This is important!
Let me quote from my previous comment (I am using the data from Georgia):
Let's look at the first set of votes after a lot of votes disappear from Trump's column. At 22:01:41Z Biden gets 2371 votes and Trump 2366 votes. (I don't know why the program decides to show that in decimal format, ie 100s of votes, rather than in integers, but that's how they do it.) Now Biden's ratio of those votes is 2371/(2371+2366) = 2371/4737 = 50.053%
That's close but not quite the ratio in the column with Biden's incremental (batch) percentage (50.051%). Trump's ratio is 2366/4737 = 49.947. Again close but not quite there.
OK, let's look at the next batch. Biden gets 49 votes and Trump gets 49 votes. No difficult math there; 50,000% each. Again, close but not cigar.
Let's do a third one. Biden gets 889 votes, Trump 887 votes. Biden's ratio is 50,056%, Trump's ratio is 49.944%
Really, that is not correct. Can the program not carry out proper divisions?
Well, let us look at it from another point of view. Assume that the programmer has decided that from the time points later than 22:00:40Z Biden's share of the vote batches shall be 50.051% then we have the first batch coming in:
A total of 4737 votes gives Biden 0.50051 x 4737 = 2370.92 votes. However, votes, even in this program, must be integers, so Biden gets 2371 votes, and Trump does not get 2366,08 but 2366 votes.
Thus, the figures in the columns "Incremental vote percentage democrats" and "Incremental vote percentage republicans" are incorrect if one assumes that they are calculated from the number of votes. However, if the votes are calculated from the predetermined (sic!) percentages then the figures make sense given the rounding off errors.
It does not have to be like that. It can be that the program is unable to carry out simple divisions. Then we have a whole set of other problems....
