There was a non-binding voice vote on ZOOM, the actual vote is in January.

DNC, in its usual "this is what we want so never mind the legalities" fashion, deemed it so.
MSM, in its usual "whatever you say we won't investigate it" mode, fed it into their echo chamber.

I guess an actual VOTE, or VOTE COUNT, is unnecessary. Wonder how the dem House members feel about that?
