While the Constitution requires an election on election day, we didn’t hold an election because the democrats set up an insurrection. Seems the remedy is obvious and has nothing to do with election “law” or the courts. It’s insurrection and Trump has taken an oath along with many of us to defend the constitution against such domestic enemies. There is not constitutional requirement to defend a farce of an election. The constitutional requirement is to defend the constitution.

NONE of our elected OR appointed would do that on Usurpation Day and that set the stage for all the crimes that followed.
Letting the Kenyan from Indonesia stuff our government full of people who hate US is what the founders were trying to prevent when they excluded the children of foreigners with the natural born citizen requirement.
