Sidney Powell spoke with both Lou Dobbs and Maria Bartiromo over the weekend, claiming to have ample evidence of voter fraud; particularly surrounding the election software Dominion.
We’re ready for the evidence which our Gunnery Sergeant Jessie Jane Duff says is definitely coming.
“I have absolute confidence in Sidney Powell,” says Duff.
She says Powell is a straight shooter that doesn’t say anything she cannot prove.
“We have the evidence.”

And it seems that she finally started to reveal some of the bombshell information yesterday when she did a 16 minutes interview on Rush Limbaugh radio (Mark Steyn was filling in.)
“I’ve got a firsthand witness. In fact I’ve just emailed you an affidavit from a witness who can now be used publicly. It’s redacted in some places but he was present for the creation of the system for this specific purpose of falsifying election results for Hugo Chavez and then Maduro. They exported this all over Latin America . It’s the Smartmatic and Dominion systems that were built to do this very thing, for changing the results of elections… And he realized when things were happening the way they were here, particularly with the states the suddenly went down, they stopped counting the votes. It was because the need was so great to President Trump that they had to go in and do a separate reset on the machines to have them come out for Biden.”
Mark Steyn: And you have evidence of this affect? Witnesses to this affect?
Sidney Powell: I do, indeed.

Transparency needs to be done in this election. And results need to be accepted, whatever the results. The USA is and needs to stay, the champion of liberty and democracy (which are not a synonym.)

I certainly admire her, and don’t believe that she is an attention-white of an attorney. I also firmly believe that she knows more, and has evidence of more, than what she spoke of in this interview.
But...
...evidence of what a system was designed to do, a long time ago in a place far away, is not evidence of what happened here, in this election. I dearly hope that she has that and can prove that this happened here on a national scale, not merely on a few machines in one state.

Absolutely. Any attorneys with any real evidence and credibility would be workly quietly behind the scenes to build a case, and then take it to a court.
She is just trying to increase her speaking fees. Worthless.

Scott Adams hypothesizes that Trump knows he can prove - to the satisfaction of any reasonable adult - that he won the election.Adams also hypothesizes that Trump will still not be able to overcome the propaganda so firmly implanted in the public to the contrary, and that he will therefore have to allow Biden to take office.
The only way for Biden to be denied is if the swing state legislatures assign their EV’s to someone other than Biden. But state legislators are IMHO notable for their lack of courage, so I don’t see them assigning those EV’s directly to Trump. They could, e.g., assign the presidential rather than the VP electors to Pence. And, e.g., the VP EVs to Trump - or someone else reliable (since in this scenario s/he would possibly actually become VP).
That way they would establish Pence as the third-place (still in the money) position in presidential EV’s. Then the Republican-dominated House (for purposes of electing a POTUS they vote one vote per state) could sort it out. Republicans could then have the option of demanding that the Democrat state Reps vote for Pence on the first ballot if they seriously don't want Trump to win on the second ballot.
That option wouldn’t work if the Democrats win the two Georgia Senate seats, because then they might have the ability to vote in Harris for VP and subsequently be able to control the Senate 51-50.
The other thing that scares me about the House of Representatives option is the fact that the speaker of the house becomes the POTUS until that vote is conducted - which might not be in my lifetime.
We need God to do something BIG.

Okay, I’ll bite...
Unless DOJ steps up, this is still a bunch of private attorneys yelling at the sky. They can file suit after suit, but with political judges (yes, Mr. Robert’s) it will be looked at as a political — rather than criminal — complaint. It also allows the press to continue spinning this to the public as a futile gesture of sore loserism.

Come on man, do you really believe Barr and the DOJ will step up? Are you delusional? Have they stepped up so far?
Save you ire for the people like you. Get angry at yourself for actually believing these attorneys are going to reveal their hands to the enemy or you until they are ready.
