The U.S. Army did not conduct a raid in Germany on either Sctyl or Dominion offices or servers. It was USEUCOM (United States European Command) that did.

Assuming for argument the story is somewhat factual ...

1. CIA is operating under cover -as- USEUCOM. Exact same people. It is their own stuff. They know where it is.

2. Much of what CIA does is using other people’s property. See news reporters and others. CIA infiltrates by coopting “regular people,” who simply report back, and to some extent follow CIA instructions. Much of CIA activity is outside of its custody.

3. See 1. Same people. The issue here is how does either of them have jurisdiction over what is ostensibly private property? Scytl.

All that, and here’s more speculation. If the hardware shows nefarious activity, the people getting it could be black hat or white hat. I see no reason to trust any of it. If CIA is rigging elections, and CIA has the data, CIA has an interest in denying what the data shows. In fact, I think every government agency has a vested interest in perpetrating fraud on the public. They got power by fraud. Not going to kneecap themselves.

-- there is no President-Elect, until at least after the Electors have voted. --

There can be an apparant POTUS-elect before then. What it takes in an uncontested win. This election contest is still to be decided. It is contested in several states.

that’s why social media should censor it, it isn’t true that the army made the raid.

She mentioned that servers were out of the like Germany and the software was used in CA. In 2016, which would explain the wipeout in Orange County.

Perhaps Sctyl and/or Dominion servers = CIA servers.

This is nonsense.

USECOM is the US military.

Fools will believe this, because they want to believe.

I have little faith in anything Gateway Pundit says, but do hope are elements of truth in it somewhere.

I DO have faith in Sidney Powell. She undid a lot of the harm that the scum sell-out RINO lawyers of General Flynn inflicted on him.

Sidney Powell said in no uncertain terms that she has the proof.

Please, God, let Rush Limbaugh be back on the job this week to get the message out and put it all into perspective for us!

Might not have been servers owned by Scotland. Might have been CIA servers with copies of Scytl data, gotten with or without Scytl’s knowledge. Learned of by pro-Trump witness within the deep state. Which instituted a raid by hopefully pro-Trump forces within government to secure the evidence. We know there are some pro-Trump law enforcement folks because they’ve been arresting illegals and rioters behind the left’s back ad hoc. Has different implications whether CIA was just watching Sytl et al or actively participating in electioneering. Plausible, in this election’s context, with the main negative being the GP sourcing. But perhaps Trump wanted the info out in rough form for our morale and planted it with GP knowing they’d run with it. Last week I was thinking we needed a Doolittle raid. In context GP was embedded in Shangri-la. No less plausible than carrier launched B25s!

Agreed. I think the world of Sidney Powell, I had read her book (Licensed to Lie) a few years back when she became the attorney for General Flynn, and when she says she doesn’t say things unless she can back them up, I believe her.

"that’s why social media should censor it, it isn’t true that the army made the raid".

There was a server raid in Germany late in September. It was housed in a bunker, a 5,000-square-meter former NATO bunker with iron doors, which goes five floors deep underground in Traben-Trarbach, a "sleepy riverside town". Some 600 law enforcement (including the GSG 9, a German federal police unit). This is probably what started all the talk:

"Seven people were arrested in a raid on a suspected cybercrime operation in Germany late Thursday.

Police took a darknet server offline and impounded it, a spokesman for the police in the western state of Rhineland-Palatinate said.

Police have investigated the suspects for trafficking weapons, drugs and child sex abuse images — "everything you would imagine in the darknet," said the spokesman, in the western city of Trier.

Darknet sites lie in a hidden — but growing — corner of the World Wide Web, where even such powerful search engines as Google cannot detect them. The sites remain anonymous by rerouting data through multiple connection points, or nodes, which obscure the original sources of the information.

Thursday's raids involved hundreds of officers and came after years of following up on leads in cooperation with other agencies.

At least that’s believable. Taking possession of CIA servers overseas via surprise raid could definitely be military backed ops.

Larry Johnson was one of the VIPS crew that, along with VIPS’ Ray McGovern, participated in the Democrat’s attack on Cheney using the late former US Ambassador to Gabon Joe Wilson and his super dooper deep cover CIA 2nd wife Valerie Plamd [as opposed to the the first who was French intelligence.]

Your title makes zero sense.

It doesn’t even match the article.
