It’s probably crap, because Biden wouldn’t go to an outside contractor to create ballots, this was an inside job. Same people that have been creating ballots for the Rats for decades probably involved.

You have to ask yourself...even if you had the blank ballots, who would you engage upon to mark and deliver them? You wouldn’t go to college kids, BLM members, etc. But what idiot would go to a mafia group to negotiate some deal like this? On the positive side, he’d figure that they would keep their mouth shut and never discuss the matter (that failed).
