DISSENT! Mary Katherine Ham Whips CNN for Hypocrisy Over Trump vs. Stacey Abrams

CNN analyst Mary Katherine Ham caused a great disturbance in the CNN energy on Saturday's Newsroom by decrying liberal double standards on COVID and conceding elections.

Anchor Ana Cabrera began by expressing disgust at the MAGA protests: "Ryan, the president's supporters, they have poured into the streets of Washington this weekend to try to give life to these unfounded and baseless claims of a rigged election. We literally had far right groups like the Proud Boys marching down Pennsylvania Avenue.This election is over. How did this become normal?"

Politico's Ryan Lizza replied it's "because the president has decided to delegitimize the crystal clear results of the election." Ham said the math for Trump doesn't look good, and then shamed the CNN double standards on recounts and protests:

Stacey Abrams can NEVER concede losing the Georgia gubernatorial race and that is fine with CNN but if Trump wants to see ballot audits for the key states before making any concession... OH THE HORROR!!!

I am glad that Mary Katharine Ham is defending Trump and Conservatives on CNN.

However, until her last sentence, that was a notably restrained and almost tepid defense.

My recollection of Ham from years ago is that she was a vigorous and incisive defender of Conservative principles.

She lost her husband early and has a child. I think she must preserve her living. That has to be hard at CNN with any conservative inclinations.
