We have sworn witness testimony of why the software was designed. It was designed to rig elections. He was fully briefed on it. He saw it happen in other countries. It was exported internationally for profit by the people that are behind Smartmatic and Dominion.
They did this on purpose. It was calculated and they’ve done it before. We have evidence from 2016 in California. We have so much evidence I feel like it’s coming in through a fire hose.”

The Trump legal team doesn’t have to prove the voting machines WERE manipulated, only that they COULD BE. Apparently Dinesh (a very smart guy) has more faith in judges than I do. I agree with my lawyer son: Courts lose interest in cases unless their decision would REVERSE the results of the election. The Dinesh view would result in a cancellation of the election and a re-vote.
No chance of that.

A panel formed by Gov.-elect Brian Kemp voted Thursday to replace Georgiaâs electronic voting machines with a computerized system that prints paper ballots, despite opposition from a crowd of voters who said paper ballots filled out by hand are more secure and less expensive.
The Secure, Accessible & Fair Elections (SAFE) Commission voted 13-3 to recommend a voting system with touchscreens and printers, called ballot-marking devices, that would cost taxpayers well over $100 million. A system using paper ballots bubbled in with a pen would cost around $30 million.
The vote came the same week Kemp announced he was hiring former state Rep. Chuck Harper, a lobbyist for the stateâs current election vendor, Election Systems & Software, as his deputy chief of staff. The company sells the same kind of voting system that the commission recommended. Georgiaâs 16-year-old electronic voting system has come under fire from critics who say it could be hacked, and thereâs no way to check election results for accuracy without a paper backup. Some voters reported that the machines flipped their votes from one candidate to another in Novemberâs election, and a lawsuit blames the machines for suspiciously low vote totals in the lieutenant governorâs race.
Except for election officials and lobbyists, every voter who made public comments Thursday supported hand-marked paper ballots. County election supervisors backed ballot-marking devices, saying theyâre similar to the touchscreens that voters are accustomed to.
Voters told the SAFE Commission that ballot-marking devices wouldnât be much of an improvement over the stateâs current voting machines.

You’ve got a point. First they have to prove that the software “can” change a vote. That’s where they will hire software experts to testify. There are rumors that there are 3 whistleblowers helping Trump’s team. Maybe one of these whistleblowers is a software expert.
Second they must have evidence that votes were changed during the 2020 elections. Trump’s team needs evidence from local districts of Trump suddenly losing votes during updates. I’ve heard rumors about this but they need to show evidence that at certain times Trump’s vote count decreased.
Third is that the number of votes changed was big enough to affect the result of the election. I think it will likely depend on not only the machine changing in-person votes but also include evidence about mail-in ballots suddenly appearing for Joe Biden at 2 am on the morning of November 4, 2020 (the day after the election).
The only scenario that seems to fit all of the clues (Q, BDAnon, FBIAnon, Paul Furber’s stuff, the heavy-hitter lawyers saying the “have the proof†— and the very short time before the EC vote — is that this was all a sting operation and the suspect ballots are marked in some way.
And, the Dominion German/Spanish server traffic was intercepted.
Maybe this is what Durham has been working on. And the Grand juries are in the battleground states.
There are theories that Biden is being shown the evidence and is being offered a pardon (and his family) if they confess, he concedes and testifies against everyone else — including Gina Haspel.
Otherwise, I cannot see how there is enough time left to go through the courts and get a recount.
Crazy, but it fits what we have seen so far.

It happened *everywhere*. In any state with Dominion machines. In most big cities. And any place with long-term Democrat rule. They run up the popular vote in CA after generations of ‘Rat domination and consolidation. They run up the vote in big ‘Rat-run cities to flip their states - like Detroit, which is a wasteland but still the ghosts vote D. It has been going on in Chicago since at least the 1960 election (documented). Atlanta. Minneapolis. Philadelphia. DC. And so on. It happened *everywhere*.
