Well from a quick glance at this EO, it seems DNI gets 45 days to look into things to present to the AG, then the AG gets 45 days. IOW sounds like a drawn out process.
So once a decision is reached would likely be after Jan 20 and whoever the president is would make the call on any sanctions.
Dec 16th is 45 days from Nov 3rd.
Electoral college meets and votes on December 15th.
Unfortunately, the dates of Dec 8th for Safe Harbor and Dec 14 are from the constitution.
IF, and it’s a big if, you could get the tallies tossed you might get the state legislature to assign different electors.
But that chances of that happening are pretty slight. Well, pretty slight would seem like a sure thing compared to the actual chances of that happening.
I am being skeptical about our chances. It doesn’t mean I am happy about them.
