Not clear to me what that means in terms of Spanish law, or European law, or if any changes might have occurred in their status since whenever it was that was posted ?
I haven’t poked at it at all, yet... but there is an open question or two to address...
One, of course, in the absolute TRAVESTY of the fraud that any of these companies are “secure” in any meaningful way.
They are not secure. And that’s VERY WELL KNOWN... has been well covered by media efforts over the years... with the evidence only showing things have gotten worse, not better, over time.
Why the bankruptcy, itself, or other changes in ownership, or changes in structure or function tied to acquisitions, dispositions, or “deals” done that changed functional relations... didn’t trigger immediate government action in relation to considering OBVIOUS risks tied to fundamental infrastructure security... clearly seen in the instance given the OBVIOUS sensitivity in much of what Scytl does ?
DHS and CISA efforts ensuring “infrastructure security” are A MASSIVE FRAUD... Just a joke.
But, your direct question ? That’s about CFIUS... the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. Same outfit as greeen-lighted Hillary’s sale of uranium miners to Russia in return for kickbacks to the Clinton Foundation... while she was Sec of State... and while she was directly responsible for the committee, which is run by State.
How it is possible that foreign investment was EVER allowed to put foreign owners in a dominant position enabling control of the outcome of U.S. elections is a good question.
