Yes.

If true, the servers could show the hacking that took place and could prove up the exact number of votes that were stolen.

Expect flak as this is the true target. It shows possibly a state actor and gets us to 100s of thousands of votes in an easy way — not through individual affidavits and testimony for weeks.
