How could they have possibly continue counting if the Votes they ordered hours before weren’t delivered yet? They had to Close Down to receive the needed votes first

My guess is it was pre-arranged. Shut down at midnight after most people are off to bed. Then do your stuff. Lets them all shut down and stsrt the cheating without emails, texts or phone calls.
Just phone calls ahead of time they can explain away. Oh just everyday business you know...rig an election or three...the usual...
HERE’S WHY:
The left and their MSM media lap dogs have orchestrated this perfectly to control Presidential election psychology to maximize angst and violence should Trump win in the end:
1. Before the election, cite erroneous polls showing Biden winning by big margins. “Biden is going to win by a landslide.”
2. Don’t call states for Trump during Election night that would have made Trump ahead in the Electoral Votes. For example, Florida should have been called for Trump way earlier than they did! Thus Biden “appeared” to be winning by a long shot during the entire evening as-presented by the MSM.
3. Later in the evening, when it appeared Trump was headed for a win, they stopped counting ballots in the battleground states during election eve. Everything mysteriously ground to a halt.
4. Activate the army of vote fraudsters that have been pre-coached to commit massive voter fraud.
5. Under cover of the darkness at 4:00 a.m. while the Sheeple were sleeping, hundreds of thousands of Biden-only votes miraculously tilt the scales to help Biden in GA, MI, PA, WI.
6. Quickly after the election, the left-controlled media declares Biden as the winner, even though they don’t have the “right” to declare winners, only projected winners.
7. On cue, many DemoRats and Romney RINOs immediately “congratulate” the “winner,” Joe Biden. This further builds the perception among the Sheeple that Biden won legitimately. And foreign leaders congratulated Biden too. Except Mexico’s president, thankfully.
8. Biden starts acting Presidential by discussing appointments/plans and even defying the Logan Act by having discussions as an “official” of the United States with foreign leaders.
THEN (if/when Trump’s campaign and lawyers prevail and prove the election was rigged and he won), HERE’S THE PRE-PROGRAMMED CONCLUSION by the easily-manipulated low-information voters:
“Trump stole the election!!” (time to riot and loot again) MALA - “Make America Loot Again”
In reality, the media and the Democrat/fascist machine stole the election.

They saw how bad PedoJoe was going down and decided to implement the vote changing software. They had to stop the count to figure out how many votes to swap over to Biden to potentially carry him across the finish line.
And further, old Joe and his crew knew this in advance and was the reason he never really got and campaigned like the POTUS did. Joe didn’t have to...he knew “the fix” was in and even admitted to its existence.
I thought they stopped around 10:30 pm est?

It obviously had to be coordinated and it was extremely suspicious.
I’ve never heard of stopping the count before. I’ve seen interviews of people who have handled the count in previous elections say you never stop the count. Yet they all did so at about the same time.
And then said they would resume at 8 or 9 am.
Then there was a massive dump of Biden votes shortly after 4 am in several cities.
Turnout for Biden was below the level of turnout for Obama or Hilary except for 4 states where it was higher. Massively higher. Take a wild guess which 4 states.
In fact, rates of turnout are at or even over 90% which is something that never happens outside of mandatory voting jurisdictions like Australia.
Never.
And they kicked poll watchers out (in violation of state law in all 4 states) when all these votes came in.
But Hey, nothing to see here I’m sure. We should just take their word for it.
And then there’s this, directly from the PIAPS herself:
“Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances because I think this is going to drag out”.
There’s no such thing as a coincidence in politics.
That is the number one question that no one has focused too much on. As you said, that is the million vote question. All this counting of close votes in the ten thousand range is small potatoes. Given there were 150 million votes cast, and 80 million mail-in ballots sent to whomever, I’m thinking AT LEAST a million of those are fraudulent.

It seems and I have tried to go back, that after FOX ridicously called Arizona, the counting stopped. I wonder if it was planned.
The call was horrible especially with Florida not being called. Then they trotted Stirewalt out with the most unbelievable excuses about how they could call Arizona for Biden and not Florida for Trump.
