Not really. In a battle of semantics, you can take a reputable signal like “blue,” which historically signaled patriotic conservatives, and the DNC stole it. In doing so they deemed patriots “reds,” and therefore the historical enemy. The same could be done back at them, using their favored term “resistance,” which would give them inner mental conflicts.
