This and so many other major actions suggest the Supreme court could require a do over of the elections with federal supervision. As we're learning many states broke their own laws regarding using ON LINE vote counting.
If they did this they would not make the dead line of January 21. Charles Grassley would become interim president until we could have another election like next October. Trump could be integrated on 2022 this would allow him 2-2/3 term presidency. As he didn't get a full term.
Another option they could do which is likely to take place find and do a patch job as most people are suggesting trying to save this obvious fraud election. I hope not no matter how they attempt to patch this one up the states would get away with criminal tampering of the elections
