New elections in these precincts are the ONLY fair way to resolve this. Everything else is just “he said, she said”. No campaigning by either side just announce a date, make sure poll watchers are allowed access, and do it.
They cannot fix this so one side or the other will not accept the results. We all know the democrats will adamantly oppose a new vote. This tells you all you need to know, but I think for the security of the nation it must be done.

The SC will not let one area re-vote and not another - all or none (Bush v Gore). And there's not enough time to re-vote.
