November 8, 2020 The news media do not decide who the next president will be. After it is determined that the vote count is fair, the electoral college will meet and vote on December 13, 2020.
Prior to the December 13 vote, the state legislatures of each state will be informed of the legal resident's vote count. At this time, the state legislatures of Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Wisconsin and Michigan are all Republican in both chambers. What impact will this have?
Mail-in ballots are creating havoc in the election process. One red flag is that as of today, 450,000 mail-in ballots have only 1 mark on them. Only one vote for Joe Biden is marked; No other candidates are marked. This seems remarkable to say the least. Maria Bartiroma gave this partial breakdown of ballots with only one vote as of November 8, 2020.
98,000 - Pennsylvania 80,000 to 90,000 - Georgia 42,000 - Arizona 62,000 - Wisconsin 69,000 to 115,000 - Michigan
Mail-in ballots were separated from envelopes so there is no way to check postmark dates. Poll workers have reported they were told to back date ballots that came in late. Republican poll watchers were not allowed to observe ballot counting in Pennsylvania despite a court order. Also, in Pennsylvania so far, 15 dead people voted and another 6 registered and voted after they died. Ric Grenell reported that by November 5 they found in Nevada 3,060 non-residents had voted and they filed a lawsuit at that time.
So now, we have dead people voting, non-residents voting, ballots backdated, no postmarks to check, poll watchers kicked out illegally, etc. As Rudy Giulani pointed out, this will be a civil case. Affidavits are being collected. An affidavit is a signed statement taken under oath. Fifty of them have been collected and the first lawsuit will be filed tomorrow, November 9, 2020. There will be more. This takes time and we do have some time.
Also, there is a whole problem with the computer programs used in the election. There are reports that a "glitch" caused President Trump votes to be credited to Biden. Attorney Sidney Powell has said that an audit needs to be done on any suspicious activity.
This whole thing is just a continuation of the Democrats attempt to remove President Trump from office. These people spied on his campaign, used a fake dossier and a phone call to impeach him, obstructed any effort like building the wall, etc. Despite the Democrats' efforts, President Trump has done more to help the people of this country than any other president in modern times. He is the first president not to start a war since 1970.
And now we have the cognitively impaired Joe Biden's earlier remark that he "had the biggest voter fraud operation ever and that he didn't need people to vote now - that he would need people later on." He bragged that he would do this.

Legal resident ? So if person who is not US citizen but permanent resident (legal resident ), he can vote?
The mail-in ballots have been separated from the envelopes. Based on that, good luck getting the USSC and the state legislators to act.

Maybe run a Go Fund Me campaign with proceeds to support President Trump’s legal efforts to counter the blatant fraud? And offer to personally sign?

It is mandatory that DMV worker hands that applicant a voter registration card. IF that DMV doesn’t, they can be fired.
