I’m not sure this was used 4 years ago. I don’t think they believe they needed it, Trump surprised them.

What is really interesting, the software doesn’t change the *count* of votes. It just flips some of them to maintain a 3% edge. Therefore the ballot *count* is consistent with the machine tally, it’s just that you always get the desired winner.

Of course, the only way to uncover it is for a manual recount.

Good question. When were Hammer and Scorecard invented? Why were they used at all? Now weaponized against U.S. citizens? Too tempting to resist?

I’m taking a trip down memory lane, reviewing the Diebold voting machine controversy of 2004.

We used to use Sequoia Systems in California. It was sold to Dominion Voting Systems in 2010.
