Is there anyone here on FR that can explain how the Hammer and Scorecard software can be used to steal an election? I mean the nuts and bolts of what happens.
General McInerny states at the end of the interview that Hammer and Scorecard would have been used in the 2016 election but something “happened to it” and chuckled and said I can’t talk about that.
I’m not an IT person but form what I understand it intercepts the signal transmitting the election results and in midstream changes the result. It can also determine how many votes must be changed based on the results coming in. I think it is really sophisticated so that is a basic rundown.
you are saying election tallies are sent wireless to wherever the result is posted ?
Simple idea is count the vote again from the back side.
A good idea I had was to start a website like DIDMYVOTECOUNT.COM Then allow anyone who voted to log on and post who they voted for president.
In about 2 weeks every person who voted for trump or biden can list their vote by state and leave a phone number and name and swear this is a correct vote for them, we will have many more votes there for trump than in the record proving fraud. Anyone who says this is bullshit can look up the people and verify if they voted and for who, can you imagine the pissed off people who got their vote switched to biden, at the very least it will show much higher totals than the states are now reporting giving us something to verify before the scotus case comes up. It could be done in 2 weeks, Jimrob can you do this, what do you think, would it work, I am a home builder so its not my line of work but you would be famous if you could pull it off. What if the results were like 66 million votes for trump offically but we got 88 million people swearing they voted trump,

I have used test equip to pull chanels out of a digital bit stream but couldnt manipulate any of it and had to be in the bitstream.
Where would this “trap” be located ?

The original Hammer infrastructure was at a Navy location in Maryland. The Hammer is basically a supercomputer. That’s what they used to spy on everyone. The scorecard is the software related to it that was developed by the CIA to change elections in other countries. Brennan and Clapper turned it on the American elections and they took it with them when they left. I don’t know where they operate the software out of in the private sector but General McInerny said he does. General McInerny described the person who developed it as a genius and on “our side.” He figured out how to manipulate the data.
Don’t be fooled by this, this is a clip from the War Room show from Monday, I believe it was—but certainly not today. Note how McEnerney is saying he just found out about the use of Scorecard “yesterday”. He said that roughly a week ago on Bannon’s show, before the actual day of the election.
Researched a little bit —it is actually 2 NSA digital programs, taken and privatized by o’bummer staffers: “Hammer” which gets you into the stream (the spy part) and “Scorecard” which can project vote totals needed and can manipulate the data to achieve the needed number that was projected.
I guess the theory is that the programs were incorporated into vote counting/transmitting machine software

Good summary, and that “genius” whistleblower is Dennis Montgomery. Alas, Montgomery turned over 47 hard drives of hard evidence to all the supposedly correct authorities early in the Trump admin, but that didn’t go anywhere because Trump and the Senate have only had Deep Staters in positions of power in those entities.
Similarly, it should be clear by now that CISA, launched in 2018 in the DHS while Kelly’s protege was still running DHS has been on the exact opposite side of defending election integrity for Trump. (CISA is also listed as a “partner”, like lots of fed intel agencies, to the Dem/Deep State corrupt Dominion Voting that played vote-changing shenanigans in most of the swing states as well.)
Thanks for the clarification. I missed that. But Sidney Powell said on SATURDAY in an interview with Lou Dobbs the use of Hammer and Scorecard would be part of the lawsuit filed on Monday. Someone else linked it in the comments.
