As far as i know it was Alito. PA never responded to the first request and the second request for those ballots was due yesterday at 2PM and there’s been no word.

Again, I am emphasizing the BIGGER issue of whether the state legislature has the right to choose the electors IF state law has been violated which it obviously has by the Pennsylvania courts, governor, sec of state, and state agencies acting in VIOLATION of ESTABLISHED STATE ELECTION LAWS.

That’s what I expected and feared. They’ve declared they’re taking over and asking how many divisions the Supreme Court has (or anyone else).

Alito wrote the USSC opinion denying expedited hearing because there was no actual threat of imminent damages at the time. At that time there was nothing but speculation about being damaged by the bad election standards. Alito actually agreed with the opinion of the majority of us here, and mentions it in his opinion. The issue is far from over, as long as the USSC grants the Petition for Writ of Certiorari.

In any case, if the Writ is accepted, the USSC will not appoint or declare anyone as President. You’re silly if you think that, and make the rest of us freedom loving people look like fools. They will punt the ball to the legislative delegations of the states in question and order them to follow the constitutional process laid out.

PA AG did respond yesterday. I’ve seen it, I think at SCOTUS site but don’t presently have a link. Essentially they denied anything was wrong and said Alito (who is the SCOTS justice interface for PA) order wasn’t needed. Ball is in Alito’s court. Don’t know what or how fast he does next.

They might only Doolittle, but but I’d sure like to see the left receive some Hornet stings from Shangri-La!
